As the Authorised Representative here in Malaysia for the various products that we carry, it is our duty to ensure that our customers and equipment receive the best care and service possible. Our engineers and sales personnel have been trained by our brand partners to ensure that they are proficient at handling any issues or problems that users might encounter.
We offer a variety of biomedical services to cater to the individual needs of a user, as we believe that our services do not end when the warranty period expires. Through Service Contracts, we are able to forge a partnership with our customers, which allows us to continue to serve them based on the Terms & Conditions agreed upon.
Our services include troubleshooting, planned preventative maintenance, ad-hoc maintenance as well as communicating with manufacturers on repairs done to customer equipment.
